We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from convenient locations in central Sydney city.
For the Hunter Valley day tour, we can also pick-up at some agreed locations along the Pacific Highway heading north from the city to Berowra, and in the Hunter Valley by prior arrangement.
There are maps of the location of designated pickup locations shown on detail pages for each tour.
The tour returns to Sydney between 6-6:30pm depending on traffic.
If you choose to book both our Blue Mountains day tour and our Hunter Valley day tour, you will receive a $15 discount on the second tour for each person. The $15 discount will be applied to the cost of the second tour on the day of the tour.
Tours can be taken in any order, over a one month period. This applies to direct online bookings.
Our Blue Mountains tour is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. Child rates apply to children aged 12 years and under.
If you’re joining one of our award-winning Hunter Valley wine tours, please note that the minimum drinking age in Australia is 18 years old. We do not offer a child rate for the Hunter Valley tour because it is not suitable for minors under 18 years of age.
It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children do not impact on the enjoyment of other guests on the tour.
All of our vehicles are equipped with adult seatbelts, but not all vehicles have fixed anchor points available for capsule/car seats or booster seats.
NSW law requires all children under 7 years of age be equipped with a capsule, car seat or booster where anchor points are available in the vehicle, but it is not possible to travel with an infant or child of any age on your lap when anchor points are available on the vehicle.
If you require child restraints or booster seats, you must contact us at least 7 days before travel and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you where possible on the tour vehicle.
No, there is no room for storing extra strollers or prams safely on the bus. Please let us know when booking and we may be able to arrange to provide one “umbrella” folding stroller.
Blue Mountains tours are not recommended for children under 5 years of age due to uneven surfaces and steps on many of the tracks.
Hunter Valley tours are not suitable for minors under 18 years of age.
No, our buses are designed for smaller groups and have limited storage space. Travelers can contact their hotel to make arrangements for luggage that would not fit on your lap or under the seat.
At quieter times of the year, there may be room for something larger if the bus is not fully booked. However, if there is no room you will need to leave your large bag behind, so you must contact us beforehand and will need to lift and carry the bag yourself.
We can drop you at a place in either the Hunter Valley (Pokolbin/Cessnock) or Blue Mountains (Katoomba) which does not take us away from our regular tour route. You will need to make your own way to your accommodation.
We cannot provide return transport for you the next day unless you book another full day tour seat to reserve a space on the vehicle.
We offer everyone the same everyday low adult rate – much lower than many of our competitors.
There is no additional reduced rate for holders of student or seniors cards.
Tipping is optional in Australia, and you should only offer a tip as a reward to your guide when you have had a great day that met or exceeded your expectations. Please also let us know any feedback that you have spread the word to your family, friends and colleagues about the fantastic time you enjoyed!
Yes. We offer flexible gift vouchers that make fabulous and original presents for friends, family, loved ones, staff or suppliers! You can book online or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase a gift voucher today!
You can also select “Gift Voucher” in the tour booking screen and purchase an online gift voucher directly.
We pick up in Sydney city between 7am and 7:45am for our Hunter Valley and Blue Mountains tours, depending on the location of your hotel. Exact times will be notified upon booking confirmation.
Please allow at least a 10 minute margin for traffic conditions. Tour returns around 6.00 to 6.30pm.
If you do not see an available tour listed for the day you would like to travel, it may mean that the tour is already booked to capacity for that particular day, or that we do not have a tour scheduled for that day.
Please contact us and let us know which date you would like to travel and we’ll let you know if a tour is available. Or ask about a Private Charter!
You can book over the internet via the Secure Booking Form, email us or give us a call on our 24 hour booking service on (02) 9436 1333. Payment is taken by credit card when booking to confirm your place. Gift Vouchers are also available.
Tours depart from 7am so must be booked and confirmed before this departure time. To ensure your seats on the tour it is best to book your tour as far in advance as possible, since seats fill up quickly and spaces are limited.
Unfortunately not, because it takes up to 2 hours to be allowed to leave the ship and our regular tour needs to depart the Sydney CBD before then.
Ship docking can be at Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, White Bay, or other places around the harbour which are up to 30 minutes from the city centre.
We can do a Private Charter picking up at a later time. We can pick up at the Four Seasons Hotel next to Circular Quay or we can go to Darling Harbour wharf for pickup on a Private Charter, as there are often road closures around the wharves.
As storage space on our buses is limited, we do require that you give us advance warning if you or a fellow passenger will be travelling with a folding wheelchair, so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. There is no extra storage room on the bus so this may only be possible if the tour is not fully sold out.
Passengers are required to be able to climb into and out of the bus without assistance and any passengers travelling with a fold up wheel chair must be accompanied by someone who is capable of folding and lifting the chair.
Note that the Wildlife in the Wild tour is not suitable for children under 6 years of age nor travellers with a wheelchair or mobility issues.
You can rely on us. We are accredited with NSW Roads and Maritime Services (35299) and carry the maximum Public Liability Insurance. We have been delivering great tours for almost 25 years, so there is nothing to worry about!
