Winter – 11am – May, June, July, August
Spring – 11:30am – September

Fabulous experience! It was wonderful to be part of a small group with the best tour guide ever. The scenery was amazing!
Scotty made sure that we got out... read more for short walks and saw many beautiful sights, including the most famous ones and out of the way ones.
We had a lunch stop in the pretty town of Leura and time at Featherdale Wildlife Park too.
Scotty talked throughout the whole trip — with all of us while in the very comfortable bus, and with us in ones and twos when we were off the bus. He is super knowledgeable and a wonderful story teller. He took care of each of us, always checking in to see how we were. Choose Scotty if you can, although he assured us that all their guides are good!

We have just visited Australia from the UK and one of the highlights of our holiday has to be our Hunter Valley Wine Tasting Tour. Our driver/guide was Jim. We... read more cannot praise him enough. He is engaging and knowledgeable about so many things, the trip up to the Hunter Valley, (approx 2.5 hours) passed very quickly with Jim telling us so much interesting stuff about the history and development of Sydney and then the areas that we were passing through and even about the trees and wildlife. Jim is very easy to get along with and has a great sense of humour, and it's clear he genuinely wants everyone to have a great day. The tours are for small groups and feel quite relaxed and personal. We visited 2 small vineyards in the morning and tasted 6 or 7 wines at each and then we had some lovely cheese tasting. This was followed by a very pleasant lunch at a Golf/Country Club. Our dessert consisted of another wine tasting at a local vineyard this time paired with chocolate, and it was interesting to see how the wine changed when eating the chocolate with it. We highly recommend Boutique Tours.

Great trip! Saw many Roos, emu, wombats, birds including kookaburras! John was the perfect tour guide. A good lunch and dinner are included. Long day but passed quickly.
Great wine tour with Jim to Hunter Valley. Takes about 2.5 hours to get up there but Jim was full of useful information and the journey passed really quickly. Enjoyed... read more tasting 7 wines at each of two small wineries, then had a nice lunch at local country club, a visit to a local cheese shop and a chocolate shop next door then off for a final tasting of 7 wines.
Just about the right level of tastings (about 1/4 glass each) and great guide
