If you are travelling with a group of friends, family or colleagues, then let us organise an exclusive Sydney private charter tour with your own vehicle and guide, to the destination and highlights of your choice. Great value, plus a personalised experience tailored to suit the needs of your group! As one of Sydney’s go-to options for custom private tours, we build the whole day around your group- not the other way around.
We can arrange a pick-up from almost anywhere inside or around Sydney, andhelp you develop an itinerary for the day that will make your day special.
A Sydney charter bus hire to the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains or around Sydney is a great excuse for a day out with friends! Ideal for work parties, social groups, Hen’s days, family celebrations – or just a group of friends wanting a fun day out.
As with all our tours, you’ll enjoy the luxury, personalised care and enthusiasm of the Sydney Boutique Tours experience. Our fleet of vehicles are comfortable, clean and efficient, while our Guides are second-to-none, and will ensure a great, informative and fun day out for your group.
We can suggest a range of fabulous lunch options to suit your group, and organise it all for you to ensure a smooth-running day. Lunch options include everything from bring-your-own picnics, to gourmet experiences, tapas, BBQs or cafe style platters of sandwiches and salads – just Contact Us and we’d be delighted to discuss the options with you.
If you are arriving or departing from Sydney on a cruise ship, we can arrange a private charter for your group to the Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley or SouthernHighlands and pickup and return times that suit you and help to maximise your time while in Sydney. We can also show you around within Sydney to some of the iconic places like Bondi Beach and some other great locations that are a bit harder to reach by yourself.
We cater for all sized groups, however our specialty is smaller groups, where amore personalised experience ensures a great, memorable day at the boutique wineries of the Hunter, amongst the spectacular bushland of the BlueMountains, or searching for native animals in their natural habitat in theSouthern Highlands.
For larger groups, we recommend chartering two or more vehicles that can meetup at lunch and throughout the day, while still allowing flexibility and access to the smaller wineries, lookouts and other remote locations. Larger vehicles and group sizes can sometimes jeopardise the personalised, relaxed ambience that we believe is so essential for a great day out.
It would be our pleasure to arrange a private charter tour for you, so please contact us now by email or phone.
Unlike a scheduled group departure, a private tour Sydney groups book with us runs entirely on your timing, your stops and your pace. It’s the natural choice for sydney private day tours when you want flexibility — cruise ship layovers, corporate days out, milestone celebrations — without compromising on the relaxed, personal style we’re known for.
Our private charters are perfect for any group or corporate function, of many different sizes. You can choose to follow our day tour itinerary or make changes and create an absolutely unique tour and take home the most amazing personal memories. Here are a few suggestions …
Combine some of your favourite wineries in the Hunter Valley with an extended lunch or other sightseeing for a special occasion. Sit back, relax and let us do the driving – no need to worry about the trip back to Sydney after a day of savouring the delicious wines on offer!
Sydney is a magical city with outstanding cafes, bars and restaurants, amazing beaches, brilliant views, fantastic waterways, and world famous landmarks including the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, and Bondi Beach.
You can explore the city by foot, by train, or plane, but to get out of the city centre and see the best of Sydney, nothing compares to a bus tour with one of our expert local tour guides.
Many visitors do not have a full day to explore the city due to early flights, late arrivals, or just wanting a bit of down time. We can tailor a half day tour of the famous sights of Sydney in the morning or the afternoon, or if you have the time a great value full day sightseeing experience.
For those visiting Sydney on a cruise ship, we understand that your time docked in the beautiful Sydney Harbour is limited. Often morning arrival times and disembarking requirements mean that regular day tour departure and return times are not suitable.
We suggest a private charter tour, tailored to your requirements and providing wharf-side or hotel pick up and return. Why not gather a group of fellow cruise ship passengers and join us for a memorable tour to make the most of your stay in Sydney?
You can put your own touch on our regular tour itinerary, such as going deeper into the Blue Mountains national park to see wildlife in the natural habitat and discovering “secret” lookouts. Indulge your passion for wildlife photography or conservation with a tailored safari into the amazing bush land and forests onSydney’s doorsteps. The opportunities are endless!
If you are pressed for time we have some great half day ideas closer to the city centre, or contact us and we will prepare an itinerary that’s tailored for your very own Sydney private charter tour!
Tell us where you will be staying and we can arrange to pick you up!
Please provide us your details and we will be in touch with you to discuss your private charter.
We can arrange multiple pickup points around much of the greater Sydney area
for a private charter. Please note that it can take over an hour to travel from one
side of the city to the other and this may impact the time available for your
sightseeing on the day.
We organise venue bookings, reserve vehicles and commit our awesome guidesto make your day just the way that you want it to be. This sometimes requires usto pay a deposit on your behalf, or to have non-refundable costs which we incurif you are not able to travel and need to cancel your tour.
We cater for groups of all sizes, though our specialty is smaller groups where the experience stays personal. For larger groups, we typically recommend chartering two or more vehicles that can regroup for lunch and key stops throughout the day.
Yes – you can follow one of our regular day tour itineraries as a starting point, or build something entirely your own, whether that’s extra time at the wineries, a Sydney sightseeing add-on, or a tailored wildlife-spotting route. Just contact us and we’ll help put it together.
